The platform takes the daily hassle out of receiving, sending & distributing music for artists, record labels & other music professionals.” (from their website) They also provide copyright free music to use in projects through their Creative Commons Music.
Audacity® is free, open source software for recording and editing sounds. It is available for Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, and other operating systems. It is easy to use if one remembers to “export” rather than save files.
